The CEO of Spoonflower has released a video message to apologise for the late delivery that customers are experiencing in this COVID-19 Pandemic period as he updates customers on some changes that have taken place in Spoonflower company.

Today we not only want to apologize and thank everyone who is waiting patiently for their orders, we also want to invite you to join our CEO, Michael Jones, inside the factory with us to take a look at how things are changing.
Remember those photos of our beautiful, newly renovated office space we shared in the Spoonflower magazine last month? Since then, that space has been almost entirely taken over with shipping stations, cutting stations, and sewing machines, as our need for an office has been overtaken by a more pressing need to socially distance and meet a more than doubled demand for fabric.
So if you’ve been a loyal Spoonflower community member for a while now, we can’t thank you enough for sticking with us through this unprecedented time. If you’re new, please know that the current longer turnaround times are not normal, and not what you can expect if we are lucky enough to earn your business again.
We’ve tripled the number of printers in our Durham, NC factory and added 25,000 square feet of operational space.
During a time of record-high unemployment rates in the US, we’ve hired 35 new people and continue to hire more. Spoonflower would be nothing without our community of passionate makers, designers, artists and business owners.
