For the Cake

Self Raising flour- 500g

Sugar- Dark brown or white granulated – 200g

Butter- Unsalted Butter- 125g and Salted Butter 125g,

Evaporated Milk- 410g

Eggs- 3 fresh large

Cocoa Powder- 3-4 dessertspoon full

Red food colouring- paste 28g

For the Frosting

Soft cheese- 100g

Butter unsalted- 59g

Icing Sugar- 295g
