The Millinery Association of Australia and Melbourne’s Collins Street Precinct Group will be presenting their annual “Hats Off” Millinery Exhibition during Melbourne Spring Fashion Week.
The exhibition will run from 31 August – 4 September and will showcase an amazing array of headwear.
