Let’s enjoy spaghetti jollof or spaghetti delight and vegetable salad.
Ingredients-
Spaghetti
Salt
Fresh Chicken
Scotch Bonnet
Tomatoes Paste
Sardine
Sunflower Oil
Seasoning Cube
For the Vegetable Salad
Boiled egg
Carrot
Garden Peas
Sweetcorn
tomatoes plum
Cabbage
Cucumber
Step 1: Put the fresh chicken in an oven and dry. Shred the chicken when it is thoroughly dried.
Step 2: Put the spaghetti in a pot, add water, salt and two cooking spoons of sunflower oil. Cook under moderate heat for twenty minutes. When the water in the spaghetti brings to boil, drain the water from the spaghetti.
*The spaghetti should not be too soft.
Step 3: Grind the scotch bonnet. Put 1 cooking spoon of the sunflower oil in a pot that is under moderate heat. Add the tomatoes paste and the scotch bonnet.
Step 4: Add the sardine and the shredded chicken to the tomatoes paste. Add salt and the seasoning cube to the mixture.
Step 5: Add the spaghetti.
Step 6: Stir well.
Step 7: Wash and slice the vegetables and eggs for the salad. Enjoy the meal.
