NEWSLASH: The Stone Food & Drink Festival is definitely going ahead this weekend!
Despite rumours to the contrary, Chairman Richard Stevens has confirmed that there are no plans to cancel the event:
“We managed to get most of the tents up yesterday on dry grass and the forecast is for dry weather for the next two days. So do what festival-goers do best in Stone – wear your sensible shoes and bring a brolly just in case!”
Gates will open 12 noon – 6pm Friday (site clear by 7pm) and 10am – 5pm Saturday & Sunday (site clear by 6pm)
