The Garden is next open on Sunday 22nd September for the Rare Plant Fair.
From late March until the end of October, visits are welcome by prior appointment. If you would like to bring a gardening club, specialist society or general interest group, please do contact me for more details.
A visit to Llanover combines well with other gardens such as The Laskett, Glebe House & The Nelson Garden in Monmouth. Other options, within an hours driving distance are Tredegar House, Raglan Castle and Tintern Abbey.
Thousands of perennials, shrubs, trees, roses and bulbs have been planted, new or alternative paths have been laid since my husband and I returned to my childhood home in 1999.
The garden continues to evolve and in July 1919 was honoured with a visit by H.R.H.The Prince of Wales, who planted a Hornbeam to commemorate this special occasion.
