The British School of Millinery will be running a number of special events at London Hat Week this year, including workshops on
- Wedding Headdresses with Knitted Wire and Ready-Made Pieces,
- Hair Vines,
- Wiring Lace for Bridal Headdresses
- and a series of Mini Make and Take technique sessions.
The BSM( British school of millinery) will also be hosting a London Supplier Walk on October 7th – a guided walk around Central London to source millinery supplies. Click here to find out more.
Workshops will be taught by Denise Innes-Spencer, Creative Director of the British School of Millinery. Denise (pictured above) has been making headdresses for brides for 20 years. Her experience is vast and she has worked with bridal wear designers including Suzanne Neville, Ben de Lisi and Jane Bolton.
