Decoupaging a butterfly or cutting around the wings of a butterfly while the thorax(body) remains attached to the paper will make your butterfly flutters.
Add glitz on the wings with glitter glue.

The first ( 1st/ bottom) layer of the wings was embossed, the second(2nd / middle) layer of the wings were pierced/pricked while the third(3rd/ upper/ top) layer of the wings was traced, embossed and cut out to form a lacy effect.
