Hochanda has announced that Natasha McCarty is joining its craft tv as a presenter.
Natasha McCarty was a presenter at Sewing Quarter until December 2019 when Sewing Quarter Tv ceased broadcasting.

I was delighted to see Natasha had joined Hochanda and due to her enthusiasm and positive reviews I purchased the Juki HZL-NX7 which was advertised as having a 5 year warranty. Natasha who said she was proud to be an Ambassador Juki mentioned the excellent support from Juki but I am disappointed on receipt of my, I would consider not inexpensive machine, to find no guarantee information other than the warranty of 2 years and an address in Japan to contact and no support advice in the UK. I have emailed Hochanda Customer services who have not been able to give me an answer and said they were looking into the issues. I now have a problem to which I would like an answer immediately and regret purchasing this machine from Hochanda.
