The second layer of the skirt has been omitted to achieve the look of a different design or style and a less- fuller layered skirt.
Materials needed
- Batik fabric- 100% cotton, a pattern of choice
- Sewing machine
- Overlocker (optional)
- Sewing thread to coordinate fabric.
