On the 12th of July 2019, when the alleged copyright infringement by Clarity Stamp on Erte’s Illustration surfaced, Paul Church took to his facebook page to make a post.
Later on, Clarity Stamp released a statement about the alleged copyright infringement.
On the 16th of July 2019, Clarity Stamp released another statement and a letter from Stevenarts Ltd in regards to the copyright infringement.

You may well ask………Sadly, in this world of Social Media people feel that they can say what they want, when they want regardless of the repercussions……..
As my very good friend Barbara Gray always says:
“Opinions are like noses, everyone has one”.
We all have the right to say what we want – but sometimes we need to step back and think about what we are saying before we say it and ensure that we have all the facts in place.
So I say “Who gave you the right to be judge and jury?”
