Today, we are celebrating our theme for the month of August 2018 by “doing something everyday toward our goal”.

Be it a long term or short term goal(s), ensure that you do something towards it everyday.

This helps to reduce the stress while bringing your ideas into reality-you see it taking shape.

For example, when you want to write a book, after planning the book, you can work on a chapter or project everyday and before you know it, your project\book will be complete.  It won’t be tedious as rushing to finish it in a week or more. Now, you have spread the project over time and you will enjoy working on a project\ chapter without much strain on you.
