Hello Crafters and a very big hello to Issue 52.
Let us introduce you to Buttercup, the sweetest little girl holding her namesake flower and a little butterfly buzzing around her. Look at her cute little dress and those little boots. To compliment the die there is one sheet of Buttercup Charisma together with three more backing papers to go with them. Then all you have to do is get the die cutting machine out, add some cardstock and a few embellishments, then browse through the eight projects and decide which one you are going to make first. Bliss!
Issue 52 isn’t just about daughters, granddaughters, nieces and all those little darlings in our lives. Pop along to page 15 and you will see there is something for the boys of all ages. Featured are a set of ‘male apparel’ dies from the Sweet Nothing Collection. They will take you through school boys (and girls) with the Hoodie to grandads with the Sweater Vest (a cardie!). We love these dies
because we can make cards for the guys that doesn’t have a beer glass, dartboard or a ball or bat in it – hooray!
Now that the days are getting longer, thank goodness, we have included the Sunshine Flora die set. It will give us a snapshot of lots of sunny days in the not too distant future with lots of hot pinks, yellows and oranges. There’s a bit of glamour with the Diamond and Hexagon Pearl Edge die sets on page 52 and a drop of serenity with the Water’s Edge die set on page 58, the Kingfisher is simply stunning.
