Every issue has projects for beginners through to the professional artisan covering many disciplines, styles and themes as well as ideas and inspirations from wedding cakes to novelty cakes, cupcakes to floral decorations and everything in-between. We also bring you a baking section, vital information on new products and we keep you up to date with all the exciting things going on in the sugarcraft world.
This year is a special year for us and we’re going to celebrate in style with a fantastic show-stopping creation which will be launched in conjunction with Cake International at ExCel on 27–29 March and will appear throughout the year culminating in the grand season finale at the NEC on 6–8 November. We’ve created this masterpiece together with designers Rose Macefield, Cassie Brown, Emma Jayne and Jackqui Kelly, and suppliers Doric Cake Crafts, Dummies Direct and Renshaws.
